Avida Towers Alabang is selling like hotcakes!

In less than 1 year after its launch, Avida Towers Alabang, tower 2 is 63% Sold.  While Tower 1, in less than 2 years, is at 96% sold with only 18 units available.

As of today, Feb 20, 2012, there are 14 Studio units and 3 L-shaped 1 bedroom units at Tower 1. And for tower 2, there are only 6 inventories left for 2 bedroom unit (2 of which facing Alabang Hills, and 4 facing Alabang Town Center and Ayala Alabang).

If you’re interested, hurry, before Avida Towers Alabang is sold out. The next Avida project in Muntinlupa City will be in Nestle Muntinlupa along National Highway. It will be launched before 2012 ends.
